Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number to the email address you entered at checkout.
You can also log in to your Zenbivy customer account to find your tracking number. To do this, you'll click on the person icon in the top right corner of our site. Enter the email address associated with your order. The password will be a 6-digit code delivered via email. Once you are logged into your account, click on the order to view full details.
If you have not received a tracking number within 6 business days of placing your order, send us an email at orders@zenbivy.com and we will figure out what's going on.
