Unfortunately no, we cannot make changes to an order once placed. Orders transmit directly to our warehouse team and they begin processing them immediately.
If you need to correct your shipping address, email us at Orders@zenbivy.com with the new address as soon as possible and we'll try to catch your order and get it updated.
If your order has already shipped:
- You may return or exchange the item(s) once received.
- If it was a shipping address error that we were not able to update in time, we may be able to redirect the package but an extra fee may apply and redirects are not always successful. Reach out to us at Orders@zenbivy.com for assistance.
